CHICKEN BROS

Situated in Palermo Soho, Chicken Bros is a restaurant that has to the chicken as MVP. With typical dishes from North America and spicy flavors of our Mexican Brothers, on their menu they offer us two of their most characteristic dishes, the classic chicken wings and the Buffalo Chicken Nachos.

Unlike fast food premises, these wings are not Broaster or pies, they are fried with skin. This gives you a more homemade taste and also add you grated Parmesan cheese that gives it a characteristic flavour with lemon. This dish comes with a homemade sauce that you can choice and it can be safely shared between two. The Buffalo Chicken Nachos are different from all the commercial nachos that you can prove, already accompanying to be home very well to the sauce that you'll burn your tongue if you're not accustomed to spicy, even though it is soft and you'll have to be prepared to drink a lot of water and dry your tears. Another of the dishes coming out more is The Big Bro (homemade chicken burger, dressing Bacon and onion, cheese, lettuce and tomato). With a very cool atmosphere, the restaurant is special to go out with friends or with your couple and have a good time enjoying the food and the good vibes that are in the local. Notably, they handle the English language. Also we agree that the idea that the customer has to ask in the box (like a local of fast food) and then carry you the food to the table was incredible, it seemed more organized and fast (arrived in 5 minutes).
